Function

• Once at the office, you will take charge of your client portfolio, which includes a wide range of accounts.
• As a genuine support to managers, you will assist them in their development and reassure them of their accounting and tax obligations.
• Forging a genuine bond of trust with them, you will maintain regular communication to keep them informed of the progress of their case, anticipate their needs and guarantee their satisfaction.
• File management includes bookkeeping, which you will supervise and delegate to other members of your team.
• You will prepare or supervise tax returns (VAT, ISOC, IPP, etc.)
• You will also prepare regular financial reports to help your clients manage their business.
• You will work with the members of your team, passing on your knowledge and reporting any anomalies to the team manager.

The team

• You will join a small team and Dimitri, the company administrator, will be responsible for your onboarding. He is passionate about his job and is well known for supporting his team.
• You'll be able to assist him and help him to develop junior colleagues

Profile

• Degree in accounting, finance or a related field
• Chartered accountant certification (or in the process of obtaining) is an asset
• 5 years' experience in accounting and financial management
• Bilingual French - English
• In-depth knowledge of computer programs
  • Accounting software (Yuki, Exact, winbooks, etc.)
  • Management tools (Fid Manager, Admin Pulse,....)
  • Office with proficiency in Excel
  • An interest in figures, but above all strong analytical skills and excellent customer relations
